I began formally consulting on cold cases in 2014. In one case, of sexual homicide in California, my analysis of criminal signature was a key contributor in preventing a wrongful prosecution. Several police investigators have also expressed to me that my guidance has helped them to resolve crimes they were investigating.

My areas of specialty include the analysis of crime scenes, 911 phone calls, communications from the offender, and offender psychology. When appropriate I can provide linkage analysis a profile of the offender an assessment of the offenders m.o. and signature and how these may evolve or have already evolved across a series of crimes recommendations for investigative and interviewing tactics and strategy.
